Butterbeer!

I found a recipe online by Darla (a.k.a. Sugarbear) and can't wait to try it. Looks yummy. Supposedly the butterbeer at HPWW is very sweet and this is supposed to be a variable facsimile, so I'm not sure how it'll be but I'll let you know what I think after we make ourselves a brew! This has been a real hit at the park, selling at least one to half the visitors, and it's sold in regular and frozen varieties so this summer we'll have to give that a try. (maybe just toss it in the ice-cream machine to slush it up) Yum! 


Okay, this stuff was terrible! Maybe it's because Livy and I had read about, and dreamed of drinking it for a long time. Sort of like going into a movie with high expectations and being disappointed. I might have messed it up too. Oh well, I'll just keep looking for a different recipe and next time, won't blog it until I try it first. :(
