What's for dinner: Nanny's Salmon Patties with cream sauce


I really just shoot from the hip on this one. It's pretty much just four foil packets of salmon, two eggs and about a cup of seasoned bread crumbs. Form into 1/4 cup patties and fry in oil. Very easy. I dilute some cream of mushroom soup with milk and warm for the sauce. (I used golden cream of mushroom sauce here because it's all I had, but the regular stuff tastes better in my opinion)
