Okay, I've got this quilt I made and haven't used. Right now my guest bedroom is decorated in a Key West type of theme. The problem is, I want to put a king bed in there for my parents when they come through town. I've researched and the tropical fish bedding I have currently on the queen is no longer available, let alone for a king. So, I was playing around with the idea of using this quilt on the bed. It would be folded at the foot of the bed. Mostly, I need to find a color for the walls that isn't too dark. I have bright yellow in there now because there isn't much natural light. I was thinking of a blue maybe. I think a sand color would be way too boring, even though it would match the quilt beautifully. Any suggestions? Maybe a green like the border in the quilt? There is more blue in the quilt, so I'm sort of leaning that way. I want to do something unique and special. The decor in there will be seagulls and shorebirds...Any suggestions would be helpful. :)
