What's for dinner: Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

My daughter doesn't like sour cream, so I thought I'd try this recipe that calls for cream cheese instead. We all liked this but think it was a bit bland. I like a Stroganoff recipe with more kick. This was so simple, it' didn't even call for salt and pepper. Worth trying, for sure, and super easy. Start it in the morning and clean up the dishes before the fam gets home. It's a beautiful thing.
